Went for my first service (oil change and tire rotation) on my Kia Rio5. The service department was organized and I was promptly greeted with a service advisor. Wait time was minimal and I was on my way out in a jiffy.
Service is ALWAYS efficient. Anthony gets me in and out when I come in for routine maintenance for my Telluride!

This past weekend, I bought a used Dealer Certified 2023 Kia Sorento I found online from KOSA. Our sales rep., Jose Urrutia, whoād only been with the dealership for 6 weeks, did an excellent job; answering all of my questions, quickly getting answers for the questions he didnāt know and following up after the sale! I can't comment on the rest of the dealership, but the service department diagnosed and repaired my recent problem quickly. My "home" dealership's service department had 3 shots at it but couldn't even diagnose the problem. My service manager at Kia South Austin, Salvador Ortega, was very personable, knowledgeable and actively listened to my description of the problem so the technician could get to the diagnosis quickly. If they weren't so far from my home (in SanAntonio), I'd definitely use them all the time!
Jonathan was very friendly and explained everything clearly. He advised about what my car needed but was not pushy. He offered me an Uber ride and my car got a wash. Everything was great! I had a discount and he applied it without issue.

Hello, I think that your service department is very nice. I was greeted right away and the car waiting room was air conditioned and had a strong wifi signal. Also there was free coffee and tea. Plus, when I went downstairs to pay for the service, the keys were handed back professionally. I liked the way we were asked to pay.
