Great fast service on replacing my Kia fob today. After ruining my fob in the wash, I purchased a new fob online, and brought it in to be re-programmed to match my existing fob. Mason met right away and told me they could get it done in an hour. Sure enough, an hour later I had my working fob!

I initially chose this dealership because they were the most communicative, reliable, and transparent dealer I'd spoken to during the buying process. Jonathon Burlison was very, very helpful during that process in February 2024. Today, I needed to do my 32000 mile maintenance, and Salvador Ortega was my advisor. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, keeping me updated throughout the day, and making sure I was comfortable during the time it took to complete the maintenance. I initially called about receiving a diagnostic code (P0325) and Manny told me to bring my car in immediately. The team was pretty busy with a number of services but they got back to me within a week and change and let me know what my options were. I will say that they provide a variety of discounts, and they were more affordable than my recent experiences with other dealers further north. I would definitely recommend them again.

I was surprised to lean that there is no loaner program or shuttle. I was told that an appointment can’t be made for my recall because I have to wait. I will check with other dealerships to get the recall done.
After putting my car in for service four or five times for the same issue, John wanted to get it fixed. He was determined. He got me a loner car and they went to work. Peter, my service technician, kept me up to date on the progress. They were finally able to figure it out and got it fixed for me. I appreciate the determination!
Great service. The technician or representative who helped me was very knowledgeable and explained all of the details when providing a quote for the services. And the final bill came in lower than the estimate!

That’s not even including the time it would take to repair it if they didn’t have the parts.
Apparently, most of the techs were off, as their kids were off for spring break. This of course is understandable as this is when people tend to take time off from work.
Also, even though it didn’t get looked at, everyone was nice and communicated what was going on. So maybe my specific case was the product of circumstance.
Zane was honestly amazing and really helped me get the best deal for my auto repair.
This service part of the dealership, under the current manager has become very reliable. If they see an issue, they are quick to make sure it is corrected, leaving the customer feeling confident their vehicle is in good hands..

I came there just to get an oil change and due to wonderful staff concern about me going out of town on two bad tires. They gave me tire options which I appreciate and purchased.

Unfortunately this is the closet dealership to my home.
I have bought a vehicle and had three different vehicles serviced here. The lack of care and attention to detail is apparent. The service area is a mess with parts and boxes everywhere.
When you are arrive for an appointment you will have to wait for an advisor and then be given a never accurate estimate of time.
Late 2024 I came in for recall fixes and they applied software and parts for a completely different car. They then proceeded to gaslight me for a week.
Just this week I came in with a check engine light that they said they fixed with a software change, that cost me $300 and when I left it wasn’t fixed.
If you can avoid this dealership and its service department, I would.

Got my car towed to this location because it was closest. Car had gone into limp mode and engine light came on. Called and asked for update and he only seemed concerned that I had not approved all the extra work when my only concern was motor. He told me it needed an oil change I had just had the oil changed 11/23 and it was now January 5th when it got towed. Told him this information he didn’t say but so I approved the oil change. We talked about doing 1000 mile check to verify if car was burning too much oil. He told me to bring it in right at 1000 miles to get levels checked. Wrote out notes since we would be taking to our local Kia in San Antonio. Well time goes by around 2/3 weeks we go drop it off and they state they will not be able to do it because the location there didn’t process properly and they didn’t put a seal on the oil cap. So now we are over miles and just so happens now we are over our warranty miles so looks like we’re screwed it there is an issue. Needless to say I’ve owned 4 Kia’s now and this will be my last with customer service like this. Wish I could go back and just have it towed to our local Kia instead of ever having to deal with the South Austin location. I’ve called Sal a few times but he apparently refuses to call me back.
Always a pleasant experience! I got my 2019 Kia Forte here and the service department is always easy to work with.
I was given a quote for three services over the phone, ended up being charged more than double, additionally they performed/charged a state inspection that was not asked for since the state of Texas no longer requires it. Would not recommend and will be getting my Kia services elsewhere.
This dealership service department is grat. They explain thing to us, provide options and keeps you informed about your vehicle. We truly enjoy getting our vehicle serviced there.

Great service department. Service writer Luna got my old Soul in great shape and kept me informed throughout the whole process. She even caught a couple of recalls that is missed. Excellent customer service.

Neglectful, makes excuses, conveniently forgets promises when it means having to do work, “not our fault,” “not our problem,” “We still have to charge you.”

Was quoted $102 in writing but then told it was an error and it would be $145. Ended up meeting jn the middle at $125 but after service fees still overpaid for a power steering flush. I brought my 2011 Kia Soul in for recalls. Staff were very friendly I just wish the $102 quote was honored. Peter Horn assisted me. He was a great guy to talk too! And Luna was epic especially since that's my cars name "Luna" gotta love it!
I had great experience with my Kia Sorento service. Everything was smooth and well organized.
Went for my first service (oil change and tire rotation) on my Kia Rio5. The service department was organized and I was promptly greeted with a service advisor. Wait time was minimal and I was on my way out in a jiffy.
Pulled up the service drop off and waited 15 minutes without a service representative coming out to my car. I then had to exit my car to go inside to be checked in. Last time I was instantly met by a service representative as soon as I pulled up. 3 stars this time instead of a 5 stars review like last time.
Service is ALWAYS efficient. Anthony gets me in and out when I come in for routine maintenance for my Telluride!

I have taken my car in for service since 2016 when I purchased my vehicle. I have never had any issues but this visit felt deceptive and heavy on the upselling of services. They also gave a quote for service then when handing it off basically said it was “fixed” as best they could but it could break again so to actually fix it would be double the cost. So they did half the job for half the cost?
Very good customer service. Crizelda Valenc deserves a “Gold Star”! The waiting area was quiet and comfortable, which is not the case in a lot of dealerships.
They are super polite and readily available to help me with any questions or issues I've had about my car. Will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car or needing service on their KIA.
I can't comment on the rest of the dealership, but the service department diagnosed and repaired my recent problem quickly. My "home" dealership's service department had 3 shots at it but couldn't even diagnose the problem. My service manager at Kia South Austin, Salvador Ortega, was very personable, knowledgeable and actively listened to my description of the problem so the technician could get to the diagnosis quickly. If they weren't so far from my home (in SanAntonio), I'd definitely use them all the time!
Jonathan was very friendly and explained everything clearly. He advised about what my car needed but was not pushy. He offered me an Uber ride and my car got a wash. Everything was great! I had a discount and he applied it without issue.

We bought our EV here and have been having it serviced as needed ever since. Timely service and good communication. I’m very happy with their products and service.
The only bad thing was is took a month before they even looked at the car before they could determine what was wrong. Once they figured that out it took only 2 days.
Everything was great except financing took way too long it took almost 2 hrs I have exceptional credit and it was a rather small purchase
They diagnosed the battery and replaced it, car starts right up now! They also let me know my brake pads need replacing but that has to wait until next month when I have a bigger paycheck. Drop off and checkout was a breeze.
