At a time when customer service seems hard to come by JD answered my questions and then provided insight on other factors that I hadn't thought to ask about. I left with a new Kia and a more positive outlook on buying a new car.

We've purchased 3 automobiles from Kia of South Austin. We've returned to them because they are knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and always willing to answer our questions. From the receptionist, sales representative, to the finance representative - ALL were helpful and friendly. We've not purchase a Certified Preowned Vehicle from them before (had always bought new). But, they had the Make, Model and 2023 auto we were looking for - with very low milege & in pristine condition. Paul Guerra (Product Specialist) and Andreii Yurko (Finance Manager) both earned Five Stars. We know we can trust Kia of South Austin!

Excellent Service! Oil change was done on th he same day. They provided transportation to my work and back to the service dept instead on me waiting at th he shop.

The consultant greeted me at my vehicle within a minute of my arrival. He introduced himself and ask about my reason for being there. He took my information and directed me to the waiting area.
